What great about all these moves is that we first teach you the foundation upon which each move is built upon. Then we show you diffeerent things you could do to spice up each mvoe, whether its simple arm movemnets or leg movements. This allows you to make the same step look as if you are constantly switching it up. Understanding the foundation you ahev the option to take it wherever you want to go.

The first move is called the step out. Here, you easily learn a simple move that looks good and serves as a great warm up step. Here you learn to incorporate your hands and uppper body and transform a basic stepping out motion into a hot move that can be done to any beat. Smoothing out your motions, make this move more casual or sensual. Looks great whether you are grooving to the beat in a group or with a girl.

The second move is the shoulder pop. You will learn to incorporate your upper body and shoulders in this move. Turning you body to the rhythm from one side to the next you will pop your shoulders on each down beat. Once you get the basic movement you can then incorporate different hand and leg motions to spice up the move. The instructors show you each of their particular version of this move, so you can choose which most fits your style. This is a perfect high energy move to do when you are dancing close to a girl, but not yet grinding.

The third move is called the jump shift. This move will teach you to incorporate a little bounce in your step. The name is decieving as you are not actually jumping, yet rather shifting from one side to the next while bending your knees into each side. Putting your arms into it allows you to make it more playful or serious – your call. This is another great move to do when you are dancing with a girl. It gets her mimicking your motion and get a fun, flirty energy into the situation. If you want to make this move extra flirty and playful you can extend your hip just a drop further so taht on each turn you slightly bump into each other.

The next step is called the club walk. This is a fun, high energy step where you incorporate a simple walk and then bending of the knees on the beat into a funky, club move. Placing the hands into this move helps your body to shift more naturally and make it look more complicated then it really is. This is a perfect move to walk through the club with, especially dancing up to a group of girls, which is a grey area for most guys. This is one of those club moves that always gets a wild reaction because it looks so much mroe complicated than it really is. Again, the instructors show you several styles of this move so you choose where you want to take it.

The fifth move is called the cross over. Here you learn to incorporate your legs and arms in a simultaneous crossing motion, taking this step from left to right, giving it a slight bounce. This move can be done effectively to any beat or tempo and you have the option of making it laid back or energetic depending on the situation.

The next move is called the house. This move is higher in complexity and incorporates the entire body. This is another great move to take to the club that really shows you know what you are doing. A bit tougher to learn, once you have mastered it, this is one of those moves that you could just keep doing and it will still look great.

The seventh move is called the roll out. Here, you will take turns rolling through the sole of each foot while turning the other one out and leaning into it with your upper body. This is the perfect move for a laid back beat. This move has so many possibilities that could stem from it, and we show them all to you! Fantastic for dancing in a group or dancing with a girl letting her show off and go wild while you stick to something chill and laid back. This also a great move for just hanging out and not really wanting to show off or do anything too attention grabbing, yet still delivering a solid move.

The eighth move is called the kick touch. The core of this move is in the leg movements. It is another high energy move that is perfect for approaching a group of girls. We show you all the possibilities here and how to add more energy into it by incorporating your arms. This move also acts as the perfect filler between various moves and looks great when performed as the song speeds up.
